Shipping and Delivery
Molly and me is an online home, jewellery and gifts retailer. We do not operate a physical retail store. We offer, by arrangement, free pick up from Katikati and Mount Maunganui. Please select this option at checkout and we will be in touch via email to organise collection.
We deliver by courier throughout New Zealand Monday to Friday. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. A signature is required to verify delivery.
Freight charges cover packaging & delivery and are as follows:

|North Island rural (does not include Waiheke & Great Barrier Island)
|South Island non rural
|South Island rural (does not include Chatham Island; Stewart Island)
|Great Barrier Island
Waiheke Island/Great Barrier Island & a few other NZ island addresses may have a surcharge applied by the courier company - extra charges may apply. We will ring to confirm before dispatching your order.
Use code FREESHIPPING on orders over $50 to receive free shipping. Note, our free shipping offer with purchases over $50 does not apply to South Island orders, Rural addresses, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island. Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes.
NB: Honey, avocado oil products, facemasks and scrunchies are excluded from free shipping.
ORDERS OVER 3 KGS
Due to increased courier fees, there may be additional shipping fees on orders 3 kgs and over. We will contact you before shipping your order to let you know. Orders can then be processed once additional courier fees are paid, or the order will be refunded to you.

Molly and me will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Some remote or rural locations may take a little longer (please allow an additional 3 working days for rural addresses).
We take great care to ensure your purchases arrive safely and use a variety of courier services to ship our products and do not pay compensation for late delivery.
Please note that occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock so we will contact you to organise an alternative product or credit note.
